Crown Chic Pageant Chix, send us your pix! We would love to see you with our Crown Chic products! Email or mail your pageant photos or photos of you modeling our products and we will put you on our web site! Include your name, date, pageant, title or short caption with the photo. Mail to Crown Chic Boutique, P.O. Box 260061, Highlands Ranch, CO 80163-0061. Photos will not be returned unless you provide us with a self addressed, stamped envelope.

How to purchase a gift certificate:

  • click on the Purchase Gift Certicate button on any page of this web site

  • fill in the blanks on the new page.You can leave recipient name and email blank if you prefer (see Important Terms below)

  • click the "Buy Gift Certificate Through PayPal" button and follow instructions for payment

  • you will be returned to our Home Page when your purchase has been completed so you can continue shopping

Gift Certificates: How to redeem a gift certificate:

  • Shop and find an item you wish to purchase.

  • Select PayPal as your payment option.

  • Log in to your account. You must have or register for a PayPal account to redeem this gift certificate. (To register, click Sign Up Now .)

  • When prompted, enter your gift certificate redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your gift certificate

Gift Certificates, Important Terms: Printed Merchant Gift Certificates are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card. Multiple gift certificates can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the same currency. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases. Gift certificates do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees. Neither Crown Chic nor PayPal are responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Inquiries or Special  Requests:  Looking for a particular item? We are always looking for new crown gifts.   If you have a special request,  we will research  your idea or track it down. Please send an email and indicate “Special Request” in subject line.

Personal checks require 10 days before processing.  Please allow extra time for  delivery. A street address is required for shipping destination.

Return Policy:  All damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and repacked  in the same box with copy of invoice up to 10 days after receiving package.                         

  • You will be refunded with a credit to your account if you paid by credit  card. If you paid with a check, your check refund will be mailed to you.                       

  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process refunds.

Some heavy or oversized items may require delivery surcharge. If there is a surcharge, it will be noted next to item.

Shipping Time:   Standard: 3-5 days after order processing; Second Day: Two days after order processing; Next Day: Overnight after order processing.

Please allow extra time in December.  Orders must be placed before December 14 for Christmas delivery.  We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery after that date.  Orders after December 14 will have to be shipped Overnight or Second  Day.
